Get ready, Hallmark fans! The Hallmark Christmas Experience is making its magical return in 2025 — this time once again in Kansas City. After a huge success, the second edition promises even more holiday cheer, Hallmark stars, festive shopping, and unforgettable memories. Here’s what you need to know to plan the ultimate Christmas movie fan getaway.
I personally adored this event, which for me was the most spectacular of last season. The variety of activities available enchanted me and totally immersed me in the magic of the holiday season.
Where and when will the hallmark christmas experience 2025 take place?
This year’s festivities will once again take place at Kansas City’s Crown Center, right next to Hallmark’s headquarters. The event will take place over four weekends, from the end of November to the end of December 2025.
What to expect at the hallmark christmas experience 2025?
The 2025 edition is very similar to what we had last year. The Christmas market, the ice rink, the light walk, the huge tree light shows and the food stands are back in the outdoor public space. Inside the Westin Hotel, fans can enjoy Q&A sessions and festive games on stage with the stars. This is also where Find Magic pass holders can take a group photo with the actors. As well as thematic creative workshops led by Hallmark artists. In addition, there will be the opportunity to live a memorable dining experience, such as a Signature brunch or dinner.
New additions for 2025 include a community room for package holders, a movie watch party (a Countdown to Christmas premiere?) on Friday evenings, and a trivia on Saturday evenings. The full schedule is available here.
How much does IT cost?
As last year, two types of experience are available: the completely outdoor free option, and the indoor ticketed one.
Strolling around the Square, enjoying the shopping and attending the tree lighting performed by the stars is free of charge. It’s not unusual to spot the actors walking around outside and taking lots of pictures with fans. However, to attend the stage shows and workshops, and have a group photo taken with all the actors, you’ll need one of two ticket packages. Either the Be Merry for $259 or the Find Magic for $699. Individual extras are also available for purchase, a great opportunity for tighter budgets.
